Darvlyn R. McLean, Sr is a native of Durham, North Carolina. A 2005 graduate of North Carolina Central University with a BA in Health Education. Darvlyn obtained his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University in 2010. Upon graduation from North Carolina Central University, he started working for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services as a Disease Intervention Specialist for 10 years until December 2015.
